I installed this bolt on a custom built 300 blk AR-15. I used an ergo slim grip with end cap. The screw comes almost to the end of the grip, so it can be adjusted with a quarter or similar tool. I was pleased with the fact that the grips rubber end cap fit right over the bolt with no issues. Overall seems like a great product.
