ONE:1 utilizes revolutionary machining process where one machine comprehensively machines every part of the barrel from the beginning to the end. The process includes the ultra-precise single point cut rifling where the rifling is done with almost a hundred minuscule cuts.
This method does not introduce stress to the barrel and no stress relieving is necessary after rifling. Perfect concentricity between chamber, bore and rifling. This process also yields uniform twist rate and ultra-accurate rifling grooves with deviation of less than .0001in from groove depth to groove depth.

This barrel is not only great quality and finish, but the added serrations on the chamber of the barrel and the laser engraving of the company logo on top of the chamber add to the looks.

This barrel is truly awesome. The fit and finish is truly exceptional. Has an extremely solid lock up. The attention to detail is top notch. Threads are pretty smooth with my suppressor (AAC TiRant 9M) and with my TBRC comps. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great quality threaded barrel. 5 Stars!
