The TAB (Tactile Accessory Boss) is J-MAC's modernized vertical forward grip which places the user’s support hand in a more vertical position for better feel and control of their firearm during high rates of fire and target transitions. The TAB is reversible and can be installed so that either the contoured or flat surface is forward based on the shooter’s needs. Cable management slots have been machined into the surface to keep loose wires tucked away safely to reduce the risk of damage or snagging when using lights or lasers.
The TAB-MLOK is compatible with standard M-LOK slots.

I will admit it is not the easiest MLOK device I have had to attach. But it does hold two cables very securely which was why I bought it. It keeps the cables out of the way on what is a very short handguard.
