The unique port design reduces turbulence and asymmetric air flow patterns in front of and behind the bullet. This is a very high quality muzzle break; it functions extremely well, it reduces the hunting tool recoil very well and almost completely eliminates muzzle jump and side thrust which usually results from recoil. It is machined and finished beautifully.
