Excellent bit of engineering. It’s really special in that regard. My only drawbacks would be it does get a bit warm at around mag 3 or 4, and the backstop really ought to be standard brass or something heavier than the stock aluminum. A touch more weight and it’s a little more balanced. I’d rather see it standard than an add-on.

I have been looking to own an SAA and the Jesse James was the correct answer. I have always been a Colt fan and the Uberti was a great move. I love the 1873 Cattleman.
