The barrel ships with a gas block. This barrel is designed for our gas block that is 1″ long (INCLUDED). A standard front sight base is 1.9″ long and WILL NOT FIT. Barrel installation should be performed by a qualified gunsmith. Installation of the gas block dowel pin and gas block is required to complete the assembly process.

Like the title says... this barrel is extremely accurate. I highly recommend it. i've hit milk jugs at 1,000 yards with it... first time i hit a milk jug with this barrel and upper combo i hit on the 3rd shot in the windy mountains of Utah. Was shooting IMI 77 Grain razor core ammo. I was 4/12 on a spray paint can at 758 yards, again in the windy ...Read MoreRead more about Like the title says... this barrel is
mountains of Utah.... and that includes shots when the can had fallen over and was laying at odd angles. Most of the misses were extremely close to being hits. I have attempted to hit a soda can at 1,000 yards but after ten misses i gave up on that as i felt it was a little too windy for the caliber at that distance. I've shot a 0.4" 5 shot group with the above mentioned ammo as well. Optic is the Vortex Viper PST Gen 2 5-25x50 with EBR-7C optic. Great budget optic. Glass is clear out to at least 1,400 yards as i've spotted for relatives with that scope while hitting milk jugs at 1,400 yards with AR10's. At any rate.. this barrel is legit. I absolutely love it.
