excellent upgrade. smoothed out the recoil alot! went shooting with a buddy and after sending a couple of mags down range, we switched rifles. the look on his face after the first shot was funny. his response was "what the hell! what did you do? this thing has no recoil. makes mine feel like shooting a 12 gauge."
