This is an amazingly accurate barrel given its short stance. Machining and fit/ finish is excellent and the barrel dissipates heat extremely well. Do yourself a favor and get the RA nickel boron BCG to pair with it.

I have tried a few 8.5" .223 barrels and this one is excellent! Ranier Arms got the gas port at the perfect size for proper ejection (4 o'clock position) with the right adjustable gas block unsupressed. I am highly impressed! Thank you Rainier Arms!
