Having had a chance to put about 120 rounds of 77 gr ammo through it, The barrel has really shown to be a good performer. It's noticeably lighter than the last non fluted match barrel and a very well constructed product. Good job on a very good product. Well worth the money, I'm already looking at buying another for a different rifle.

Q: Will the 1:7.5 twist be too fast for 55gr ammunition? I really want an 18" ultramatch barrel, but I don't want to be limited to heavy match ammo all the time. Any plans for an ultramatch barrel in 1:8 or 1:9?
