A: The two locking blocks squeeze from below and pull downward on the rail against the barrel nut.

Q: Will this 9.55” handguard with a can on a 10.25” Rainer match 300 BLK barrel? Is the flash hider flush or just past the end of the handguard?

A: Hi, you generally want atleast .625" of difference between the barrel length and rail length to account for the muzzle device overlapping the barrel threads.
