Bought this in April, just got around to putting it together. There are so many things about this that are not to spec. The front site cut in the slide is too big, so the front site won’t lock up. The rear sight cut is to small. So you can’t get the sight into the slot, and the mounting holes for the red dot are too shallow no matter what screws are used. I really wanted to like this slide, but I am beyond frustrated.

I have about 800 rounds through this barrel and it has exceeded my expectations. I have shot 100 Gr. ELD-VT, 143 Gr. ELD-X, 147 Gr. ELD-M, and 156 Gr. Elite Hunter handloads and they all shot 5 shot groups under an inch. This has easily been the least picky barrel I have ever had.

Installed on my gen one shield 9mm, tried both and wound up using the longer heavier spring. Tames the snappiness a bit and makes follow up shots easier. I also have a DPM setup installed on my XDM elite 3. 8 10mm, I'm a fan.
