My one criticism is that once you get the package, the springs are not clearly labeled. However, you can figure things out by looking online and lining up the springs.
I started with one of the medium springs and then changed things out to the longest one. Reliability is not affected at all from what I can tell using a variety of ammo, both HP and FMJ.
One extra benefit of this system is that for me it makes the gun easier to re-assemble after field stripping and cleaning. The color contrast make it it easier to line up the guide rod precisely which is a somewhat common problem people have when re-assembling the 80X.
