After installing shifter kit, the paddle is very loose and I am NOT confident that the paddle will remain in place on the flashlight. Also, as is misleading in which side of the flashlight it goes on. I ordered the left side thinking it is for the left side of the flashlight when it is on the pistol in my hand. Apparently it is for the left side of the light when you are looking at the lense of the flashlight. Again, VERY misleading.

Rainier did great work disassembling my pinned upper. They also cut and thread the barrel to move to a new pistol build and everything went great with quality workmanship. I would have them do any future needed gunsmithing.

Missing parts, repeated failures to replace them.

We sent a customers upper in for a pin and weld and a front sight service on a new barrel. The pin and weld went well but we were told they could not use the guns original front sight post on the new barrel. That's fine we purchased a new front sight post from Rainer and were told that everything would be moved over from our original. Once we received the upper back the front post had nothing installed and the original was not returned to us. Emailing the service team we were told the new front sight parts would be on the way with no mention of the other missing parts, three weeks later nothing at all. Emailing them again a new front sight set was sent out to us which we received. At this point the customer was unhappy enough with everyone that we just installed the missing parts out of our pocket to get it out the door.
