It has all the power, reliability, performance and safety features that are standard in STR-9 line, and delivers them in a more compact version that is optimized for ever-day carry.

Mounting optics on compact pistols is becoming more common because it allows shooters to get on target fast. It’s also great for shooters who have difficulty using open sights. That’s why they machined an area on the slide of their STR-9C Sub-Compact for optics and include four mounting plates to make mounting them easy. This pistol has all the performance and safety features that are standard on their STR-9 pistols.

• Loaded Chamber Indicator: Among the STR-9's integrated safety features is a tactile loaded-chamber indicator on the top of the receiver that automatically raises when a round is chambered. This allows the user to confirm the presence of a round in the chamber by touch in low light.
